What We Collect

  • Identity & contact data: first/last name, email, billing/shipping address, phone; optional company/contact.
  • Account data: login credentials (stored securely/hashed), preferences.
  • Order & transaction data: products purchased, amounts, timestamps; limited payment metadata (card data handled by payment processors).
  • Communications: messages via forms, email, or support.
  • Marketing data: newsletter subscriptions and preferences.
  • Device & usage data: IP address, browser/device info, pages viewed, referrers, session data; collected via cookies/SDKs.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive data nor children’s data under the applicable age (see Children’s Privacy).

  • Provide services & fulfill contracts: process orders, deliver goods, manage accounts, send service emails. (Contract necessity).
  • Customer support & notices: respond to requests; inform about changes. (Contract / Legitimate interests).
  • Marketing emails (opt-in/opt-out): newsletters/offers where legally permitted; unsubscribe any time. (Consent / Legitimate interests as applicable).

Who We Share Data With

We do not sell personal information. We share limited data with trusted providers acting as processors under contract and confidentiality:

  • E-commerce platform: WooCommerce / Automattic Inc., 60 29th Street #343, San Francisco, CA 94110, USA (store framework and related services).
  • Payments:
    • Stripe Payments Europe, Limited, The One Building, 1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Dublin 2, Ireland.
    • PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg.
  • Hosting/IT: 3 in 1 Hosting Bt., 2310 Szigetszentmiklós, Brassó u. 4/A, Hungary (infrastructure/hosting).
  • Analytics & cloud tools: e.g., Google services (Analytics/Search Console/Drive) as applicable.
  • Other professional services: Accounting (Mrs. Árva Ferencné, 4060 Balmazújváros, R. Tóth Sára utca 8., Hungary), legal/tax advisors where needed.

Processors access only what’s necessary and must comply with data protection rules. We may also disclose data if required by law, to protect rights/safety, or as part of business transfers (e.g., merger or acquisition).

International Data Transfers

Your data may be processed in countries outside your own. For transfers from the EEA/UK to countries without an adequacy decision (e.g., the United States), we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and appropriate technical/organizational measures. For UK transfers, we use the UK addendum/IDTA where applicable. Contact us to learn more or request copies of safeguards.

Data Retention

  • Marketing: until you unsubscribe/withdraw consent.
  • Account/profile: up to 4 years from last login (unless you request earlier deletion or law requires longer).
  • Orders/invoices: retained to meet accounting/tax laws (typically 8 years under Hungarian Accounting rules).

When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it. Backups are isolated until safe deletion.

Security

We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures (TLS/HTTPS, encryption where applicable, access controls, least-privilege, monitoring). No system is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data and will notify authorities/users of a qualifying breach as required by law.

Your Rights (GDPR/UK GDPR)

If you are in the EU/EEA or UK, you can access, rectify, erase, restrict, object (incl. to direct marketing), and port your data, and withdraw consent at any time.

California Privacy (CCPA/CPRA)

California residents may have rights to know/access, delete, correct, opt-out of sale/sharing, and non-discrimination. We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising without consent. If this changes, we will provide a “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link and honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals.

Children’s Privacy

Our services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their data without verifiable parental consent. If you believe a child provided data, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you via the website or email.
