Digital Delivery Policy
1. Delivery method and timing
After successful payment and order acceptance, purchased files are normally made available immediately through the order-confirmation page, a secure download link, the customer's account, or a combination of these methods. Payment review, fraud prevention, or a temporary technical issue may cause a short delay.
2. Guest and account access
- Registered customers can normally access available downloads through My Account.
- Guest customers receive the download information at the email address supplied at checkout.
- Download links may have a security limit, expiry, or reasonable download cap. The applicable availability is shown at purchase or in the order information.
3. Your backup
Please download and securely back up the purchased files promptly. Unless a product page expressly promises ongoing hosting, continued account storage or re-download access is a convenience and is not guaranteed indefinitely. A loss of optional re-download access does not reduce the licence already granted for a properly acquired file.
4. Immediate supply and withdrawal
At checkout, EU/EEA consumers are asked separately to request immediate supply of the digital content and acknowledge that the statutory withdrawal right is lost once the download or access begins. The checkbox must be actively selected and is not pre-selected.

5. Delivery or file problems
If an order confirmation or download link does not arrive, first check the spam or junk folder and confirm that the checkout email address is correct. Then contact hello@stock-animation.com with the order number and purchase email.
If a file is missing, corrupted, inaccessible because of a problem on our side, materially different from its description, or lacks promised functionality or compatibility, we will provide the remedies required by applicable law. These may include renewed access, repair, replacement, a proportionate price reduction, or refund.
